Who we are
DECIDE is a consultant company formed in 2015 by Lars Skytte Petersen and Martin Stausholm Knudsen.
Our mission is to support decision makers in the health care and welfare service sector. The company is located in the Copenhagen area.
Why choose DECIDE
We master Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and evaluation of programmes/interventions in health care and the welfare service sector.
We combine deep insights into the Danish health care system with an international outlook based on the know-how we have acquired from our comparative analyses of different health care systems in Europe.
We are flexible and client focused.
What we do
Our health economic projects comprise the following disciplines:
- Decision analytic modelling (CEA and CUA, Budget Impact)
- Cost analysis of drug therapies (mandatory in submission for the Danish Medicine Council)
- Real World Evidence Studies
- Landscape analysis / Roadmap for Market Access
- Health Technology Assessments with a broad perspective analysing both the economy, the technology, and implications for the organisation and patients
- Comparison of European health care systems.
We evaluate programmes or interventions in health care and the welfare service sector, typical from a societal view and involving both qualitative and quantitative assessment of outcomes.
We also evaluate research programmes aiming at improving public health.
We assist decision makers in initiating interventions and facilitate projects in health care and the welfare service sector.
We have provided services for drug companies, non-profit health care organisations and government agencies such as the Danish Ministry of Health and the Danish National Board of Health.
We collaborate with COWI (www.cowi.dk) on health economic projects and we collaborate with Pharmalex Nordic on projects requiring medical scientific and regulatory expertise.
